It’s Christmas morning, the children have been up since the early hours. They’re keen to get downstairs and see what’s under the tree. It’s not just children’s toy packaging that causes frustration: tamper proof seals, jars that seem to have had their lids superglued on and boxes that have been wrapped with so much tape that you can’t find your way in, all result in what’s been termed ‘wrap rage’.
