Mindfill ensures that the packaging they, and the companies they source from, use is sustainable. This means absolutely no single-use plastic in the supply chain. It also means that all packaging must be recyclable, compostable and biodegradable. This was a priority when approaching packaging suppliers for their gift boxes.

As specialists in cardboard packaging, Aylesbury Box Company was able to provide packaging that is made from recycled materials and can be recycled.

Mindfill wanted sturdy packaging that would provide adequate protection and increase the chance of the packaging being reused. We delivered samples of different thicknesses to help them make an informed decision; they opted for double-walled boxes.

Mindfill has a beautiful logo, they had planned where this would feature on the boxes, along with a ‘Find your Mindfill Moment’ message and a link to their Instagram page. Our Account Manager, Helen, advised on water-based inks (which have a far lower environmental impact) and ensured that the logo and message were print-ready and centred.

All printed boxes are sealed with 100% recyclable tape and some boxes are embellished. For this, Mindfill use end of line or pre-used ribbon, which would have otherwise been binned. They hope customers will reuse this decorative detailing again.
