Big Boxes or Something Smaller?
Our experienced team produce thousands of standard-sized boxes for manufacturers, retailers and fulfilment companies across the UK. However, with an on-site team of packaging experts, we also create bespoke boxes to fit the exact dimensions you require.
Whether you need tiny matchboxes or enormous industrial boxes for specialist equipment and bulky parts, we make it. Equally, if you are looking for something other than the standard hexagonal shape, we invite you to put our cardboard engineering skills to the test! Wheels and light fittings are just two examples of packaging that needed a fresh approach.
What is the Minimum Order for Packaging?
If you just need a small run of boxes, it’s no problem, we can even make a one-off if that is all you need. We are proud to work with many start-up companies, helping them to package and present new items that are about to hit the market.
We believe that it is important for small businesses to make an impression. For this reason, we’re happy to advise on cost-effective ways to present and print packaging to aid brand recognition and a positive customer experience.
Equally, if you require a high-volume order, we can deliver. Our fully equipped factory and competent team keep the orders flowing. We’ve been manufacturing boxes for some large customers for years and the orders keep coming in. To make the storage of large orders easier, we also offer a stock holding service. Your bulk order is manufactured and is then ready to be delivered, in separate consignments, at agreed times.
Is Cardboard Packaging Sustainable?
Cardboard boxes are produced from a high percentage of recycled fibres and are 100% recyclable. They can be reused, are widely recycled and will biodegrade. We can also supply paper tape, fillers and other alternatives to plastic.
In addition, Aylesbury Box Company is FSC® certified. This means we have evidenced supply chain sustainability and our positive actions to reduce our environmental footprint. We do use energy and water to manufacture boxes, but we’ve taken actions to minimise these and choose sustainable suppliers.
