Interior inspiration doesn’t get much bigger than the annual Ideal Home Show. Running until 7 April, this event brings together all the best in furniture, fittings, appliances and accessories. So, what features in your ideal home?

Visiting The Ideal Home Show

Held in London’s Olympia, the Ideal Home Show is a must if you want to bring a fresh look to your interiors. From familiar brands to relative newcomers, this is a chance to showcase and demonstrate the products that visitors are looking for.

The Ideal Home Show includes workshops, demonstrations and talks from experts in their field. As such, it’s a place to discover the latest smart technology for your home setting or get advice on planning your colour scheme.

The centrepiece of the event is the Dream Home. This immersive living space offers a highly desirable layout, with rooms featuring items that can be purchased at the show. We weren’t surprised to see that one of the companies contributing to this innovative exhibition is StudyBed.

Home Working Made Simple

The StudyBed team designs, manufactures and installs fantastic space-saving furniture. It all starts with a simple-to-use mechanism. This device transforms a spacious desk into a comfortable, full-sized bed in seconds. What’s more, the design is such that the laptop, notebooks and pen pots on the desk can remain in situ whilst you sleep. And, there’s no need to remove the bedding when you want to switch back and get on with work.

StudyBed has provided a practical solution for maximising space in student accommodation and retirement properties. It also makes it easier to have a home office that can double as a guest room. Fortunately, they found us in a search for a local packaging company to supply branded boxes. As a result, we’ve manufactured sustainable printed packaging for this established brand for the past two years.

We believe this furniture is a prime example of high-quality solution to a lot of interior design dilemmas. So, we expect to hear that being part of the Ideal Home Show has elevated StudyBed’s success.

Tuck In at the Food & Drink Festival

It is said that the kitchen is the hub of the home. Does this explain why a Food & Drink festival is part of the event? Well, it’s certainly a good way to ensure your cupboards are well-stocked with delicious flavours. The demonstrations and tastings promise to equip you with fresh ideas for home cooking or give you a taste of something different.

We are pleased to see that one of our customers, Mother Cuppa has a stand for her teas. These bespoke blends are designed to energise, hydrate and relax. Fortunately, this could be just the thing if you are an event visitor!

We were delighted to work with Mother Cuppa founder, Candice, to develop custom boxes. At the time, she was preparing to launch her tea business and she had a clear vision for the design of her tea packaging. Therefore, we listened and worked hard to deliver her vision. We wish her every success at the Ideal Home Show.

Do Pets Make Your Ideal Home?

We are a nation of animal lovers and a warm welcome from a loyal pet is a big part of what makes a house a home. For this reason, pets are an essential part of our homes and they are not forgotten at this event.

We’ve spotted the colourful printed boxes that are the signature colours of the Pure Pet Food brand. Pure uses quality ingredients to provide nutritious food that is tailored to your dog. Their customers have reported incredible improvements to the health of their loyal pet’s health after switching to the Pure brand. And, whilst not a current customer, this is another company that we’ve been proud to supply packaging to.

Sustainable Packaging Solutions

So, StudyBed, Mother Cuppa and Pure offer very different products, yet they have one thing in common. That is the desire for sustainable printed packaging. As an FSC® certified company that could supply 100% recyclable packaging, we offered the solution. We worked with them to understand, design and manufacture bespoke boxes to fit their requirements.
