Our Packaging Team is Expanding

The drive for alternatives to plastic, along with the continued growth of e-commerce has resulted in a greater demand for cardboard packaging.

As a specialist manufacturer of corrugated boxes and cardboard packaging solutions, Aylesbury Box Company has stepped up production to meet this need. Our latest move has been to welcome Minesh Bhalsod to the team.

Minesh is an experienced Account Manager, who has been working within the packaging industry since 2012. As such, he is knowledgeable about packaging materials, cardboard engineering, design possibilities and printed packaging.

Extending the Realm of Aylesbury Box Company

Joining Aylesbury Box Company as an Account Manager, Minesh will cover a large geographical area to the north and east of Buckinghamshire. His patch will extend up through Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Warwickshire and across into Cambridgeshire and other areas of East Anglia.

Packaging Inspiration

When it comes to packaging design, Minesh enjoys a challenge.

“I enjoy applying my knowledge to find the best way to achieve a customer’s brief. There can be considerable satisfaction when you pull out all the stops to deliver a stylish packaging design. I particularly revel in complex projects; those that utilise die cutting and high gloss or UV varnish print.”

Minesh has managed accounts for customers in all industries, but he finds food packaging quite fascinating.

“Food packaging has to look attractive. It needs to tempt buyers, otherwise, the product simply won’t sell, no matter how good it tastes.”

Commitment to Customer Service

There’s no doubt that we make an instant judgement about a product based on the packaging we see on the shelf. In the same way, we know that potential customers will make a decision on the suitability of our packaging products based on their first interaction with our Account Managers.

One of the things that we liked about Minesh was his attitude towards customer service. He stated that no matter how big or small a company might be, he would treat them as if it were his business. He is keen to go the extra mile, even for a small packaging order.
