We are fortunate to have a hard-working factory team, led by Warren. They are all trained on how to use all the machinery and forklifts. They have efficient processes which ensure all orders are processed on time. In taking responsibility for manufacturing, quality checks, packing, stock holding and loading pallets of boxes onto delivery vehicles and more, they are at the heart of our business.
If a customer calls with a query about their order, our office team can pop down to the factory and ask. There’s just a flight of stairs between us all and it’s sometimes quicker than phoning! If there’s a tricky design or an unusual request, we can ensure that everyone understands what’s involved and is equipped to make it happen.
Equally, members of the factory and office team are involved in planning meetings and business decisions. This open communication is important for consistent service delivery.
