It is a common assumption that any bespoke product must come with a sizable cost implication. Yet as experienced box manufacturers, with a detailed understanding of cardboard engineering and the right machinery, we can often find a simple way to deliver exactly what you are looking for.

The solution is to use a standard box as the starting point and take it from there.

If you were to take apart the box that your mobile phone arrived in alongside the one that your pizza was just delivered in, you would notice that they are formed from the same design template. The dimensions are different, the print and finish might vary considerably, but the box has very similar features.

0427 Postal Boxes

Many retail products are packaged in a variation of the 0427 standard postal box.

We have taken these standard box templates as a starting point for a wide selection of boxes that we’ve manufactured for our customers. Different variations and dimensions means the same basic design can have minor adaptions to perfectly suit many distinct purposes, yet they’re all modified forms of the 0427 postal box.

We might manufacture your boxes with die cut shapes cut out or additional sections added onto it. It could be printed and finished in a variety of ways, or be covered by a sleeve. Inserts can be added to enhance the presentation of goods or to provide additional protection for fragile goods.
