It is difficult to compete with Asian packaging manufacturers on price, however, we can compete on the quality of our products and customer service. With an on-site factory, we can implement quality control measures at every stage of the box manufacturing process.
Why does Quality Packaging Matter?
By providing quality products and services, we aim to enhance the customer experience and encourage long-term customer relationships. Quality packaging helps to reduce damaged goods and unnecessary waste, as well as making a good impression on our customers and theirs. Selling a quality product also gives our team pride in our company and job satisfaction. It is one of the reasons that we have many long-term employees.
Our Quality Standards
We operate a Quality Management System with a similar structure to BS EN ISO 9001: 2008, including all aspects specific to the provision, manufacturing and sale of cardboard cartons. If food products have direct contact with our packaging, we will produce them in a factory certified to BRC Global Standards. Aylesbury Box Company is FSC® Certified. To achieve this recognition, we underwent a stringent audit of our supply chain and manufacturing processes. As such, this is a mark of both sustainability and quality assurance.
