Void Fill & Tape
When you fill your boxes with the same product each time, we will design a bespoke fitting so that the packing process is just right every time. However, if you pack all sorts of different things, you will need a generic box with void fill. Depending on the style of your box, you may also need tape to seal it shut.
Void Fill for Boxes
Plastic or Paper Air Bags : 100% recyclable and biodegradable paper air bags prevent items from shifting, bumping or breaking during shipping. Supplied flat-packed, they take up minimal space in your warehouse and are inflated with an easy-to-use machine. Kraft Paper : Kraft paper is an excellent material for filling the void in e-commerce boxes due to its excellent cushioning properties. It can be easily crumpled or folded to fill any empty spaces in the box, protecting the products from damage during transportation. Made from recycled paper and fully recyclable, kraft paper is a sustainable choice for packaging. Loose fill : We have stopped offering loose fill. Our clients find it to be bulky, expensive, difficult to manage and less environmentally friendly than kraft paper or air bags.
Tape for Sealing Boxes
We offer the highest quality plastic and paper tape solutions for sealing boxes. These are designed to be easy to use and to provide a durable solution that provides a secure seal. We know that some paper tapes aren’t reliably strong, however, we have found a product which adheres well to cardboard boxes. The stickiness of this paper tape sets it apart from cheaper alternatives. Our paper tape can be customised and this offers a low-cost means of branding your boxes. Supplied in brown, white or a range of standard colours are available, we can print it with your logo in up to four colours.
