Customer Service

If you call us, you will speak to a knowledgeable person in our team, not an automated machine. We make it our mission to understand what you want to achieve, to advise on the best options and to explain our recommendations. If you want to talk ideas through, we are happy to offer in-person or virtual meetings.

When you place an order, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, someone who makes it their business to know your business. They will work with you to design the most appropriate packaging solutions, provide samples and maintain regular communication to keep you informed. We care about your experience in dealing with us.

Aylesbury Box Company has produced cardboard packaging solutions since 1987 and many of our team have been with us for the majority of their career. As an established packaging manufacturer, we know all there is to know about board types, box styles and print finishes. Therefore, talking with us is the best way to benefit from that knowledge and get exactly what you need. Technical proficiency, attitude and industry experience have equal value when we recruit new employees to join our team. We may have been in business for decades, but we’re not stuck in our ways. We actively seek feedback from customers and stay up to speed with industry developments, as this insight informs decision making. E-commerce packaging and subscription boxes didn’t exist when we started out and now we process thousands of orders for online retailers. Sustainability is one thing that has been on our agenda from the start. Selling a largely recycled and fully recyclable product was important from the start. Over the years, we have built on this, with a mission to minimise our environmental impact, despite growth. In addition, we actively support customers to reduce, reuse & recycle packaging.
