What do you want from a Cardboard Packaging Company?

As customer service week is in full swing, we’re turning the tables for this blog.

In our usual packaging articles, we aim to provide valuable advice. We want to break down the barriers, explain how packaging solutions can be achieved and provide information that allows you to make informed decisions. Now we are seeking your advice.

We are always open to customer feedback with regards to our cardboard packaging products and customer service. Can you provide us with any further insight into the points raised below?

  1. PRODUCTS: – Aylesbury Box Company started out as a manufacturer of large, industrial boxes. Whilst we still provide that service to many long-standing customers, we’ve evolved to meet new customer requirements. We’ve seen significant growth in the demand for smaller, printed e-commerce boxes and retail packaging. Is there a cardboard packaging solution that you require that we have yet to offer?
  2. PROCESSES: -In recent years, we’ve invested in new machinery. This has increased the efficiency of our processes. It has also enabled us to handle larger orders than was previously possible. Is there a process that we don’t currently offer that you would like to see us introduce in the future?
  3. SUSTAINABILITY: – We’ve always addressed ways of improving our green credentials and minimising the impact of our manufacturing services on the environment. With the current focus on reducing plastic packaging, we are encouraging the use of viable cardboard alternatives. What information or resources would help your business to make further moves towards sustainable packaging solutions?
  4. SERVICE: – Where possible, the Aylesbury Box Company team have been flexible in order to meet our customer’s needs. From stock management, to the local delivery of part orders to ensure that production doesn’t cease through lack of packaging, we want to simplify the process. How could we further smooth the path?
